I have an issue with tick charts and minute charts. When I start esig the charts load up with the current information. But the charts do not update. I have checked passwords in the data manager as well as the charts I have also added the exceptions in the firewall. Any suggestions? I have called the help desk. They said they have to get back to me. No response as yet. This is a new computer with Vista. Thanks
