Using eSignal off-line

Hello,

Please advise how can I prevent eSignal from connecting to the internet while using the EFS editor.

Is it possible to save some historical OHLC data in order to debug my EFS studies off-line?

Before and after the market session my internet connection is busy with other applications and I would like to avoid eSignal's traffic to interfere during this time.

To my knowledge there is no option in eSignal to start the application offline.

You can use the Tick Downloader tool to store tick data locally which you can then replay using the Tick Replay tool even when eSignal is not connected. For more information on this tool see this article in the eSignal KnowledgeBase
