Missing Line tools bar

I turned on esignal today and the LINE TOOLS BAR is not showing. even with VIEW LINE BAR CLICKED. I tried uncheck it then recheck it, does not work, as if the bar is invisible.

Can anyone help with this problem ? seems like a bug in software. I am using 7.2 built 554

got help from live rep, and did the delete file routine. so I am fine now
