How can I view the intraday charts of those expired futures contract?

How can I view the intraday charts of those expired futures contract? For example, I would like to view the 1 minute chart of "NG N2007", which is less than three month old, however my chart is empty. ANyone knows the reason?

Make sure that the Time Template for that interval is set to load a number of bars/days sufficient to go back to the dates you want
