  • how do i overlay studies in advanced charts

    How do I put/overlay 2 indicators in 1 window. when i put them on my chart separately they make everything to small vertically - to many windows

    Instructions on how to overlay two indicator windows can be found here. Please note that each step is explained in the text on top of the images.
    If instead you just want to stack the studies then right click on a chart and select Stack Studies.

      overlay studies

      thanks for the reply but i dont want tabbed studies. id like to run and see both in the window all the time, 2 diff colors 4 differentiation. any way to do that?

        Actually, the link in the first part of the message that Alexis provided does show you how to "merge" studies (just make sure that you also read the instructions at the top of the chart). As it states, the key is to use the Shift key to select and drag one study onto another.

        If you want to separate them later, you can just right-click in the chart and select "Un-Merge Studies".
