News , pull down menus

Hi there
Under News Service are a number of " Pull Downs Menu's "
I.e Earnings , upgrade , downgrade , as well as Europe . USA
etc , etc
I subscribe to Comtex - Wall Street Custom wires
and Esignal news

but get No headline when trying to use above pull down menus

Q. : To what service one has to subscribe to to get pull down menus to come up with requested info

have you got some sort of Matrix to say what fits where ,using pull down menu

I have been advised, there is currently a known issue with the news window filter within our eSignal program. This is being investigated by our product engineers. There is no ETA at this time.

Find this hard to believe , would have thought that this would be

When subscribing to Dow Jones News there's an additional category pull down window that allows users to search for headlines based on popular Dow Jones category codes.

For you to be able to take advantage of these Categories you would need to add the Dow Jones New service to your account. Here is a link to the eSignal News Page which describes all the news service and pricing. If you would like to try the Dow Jones service you can add it to youf account via Account Maintenance or by contacting eSignal Customer Support 510.264.1700 option 1, where they can add it to your account for you.
