    Hi,

    I have recently installed eSignal 7.22 and I have entered the correct username and passwd, but I get an error 9see attachment). This signifies that I have entered the username or passwd incorrectly (I have tried various CaPs lock combinations without success ). Has this happened to anyone here? Do you have any advice on how you overcame such a problem?

    Any help appreciated.

    Hi Ken,

    First, I don't believe we had a version 7.22 posted on our website, either way the current version out is 7.3. Please download the most current version here.

    Second, I'd like to check our database for your username / password to verify. Could you please send me a private message with your CID# (Customer Identification Number)?
