  • How Can I Switch Back to eSignal 8.0?

    hello,

    I had a question.

I recently switched to eSignal 10.

However, if I wanted to switch back to eSignal 8, how would I do that?

Is there a place where I could go to download prior versions of eSignal?

    thanks.

For many reasons, we feel it's best for users to utilize our most current release, which is now 10.0. If for some reason it's necessary to revert, here's a link to get 8.0 again.

    Thanks.

        To ScottJ

I am using eSignal 8.0 and and have API based off of this. Thus by upgrading to 10 will it mess up the API that is used to run my
        proprietary software?

          Hi Rick,
Any applications using eSignal API would have to be certified by the eSignal Developer Support team. This is done for several reason, most importantly that when we develop the new versions we can test and inform API users of what we’re doing so they can too test and confirm no problems when the release goes live.

Before I can give a clear answer on your questions I need to get some clarification about the API you’re referring to.

Are you using the eSignal API and if so which one?

What is the name of you applications running on the API?

          Thank you
