To my knowledge MarketCenter is a Java based application that does not use the Data Manager so it cannot be used as a data feed for third party applications. To accomplish what you want you will need to subscribe to one of the eSignal packages.
I would suggest that you contact eSignal's Sales Department as they are best equipped to answer your questions and provide you with the optimal solution to your needs
