line tools window from within a chart doesnt seem to have an ebnable bar

go to view and enable line toolbar. you should then show a line toolbar icon bar to choose the items you want to use

FB, that option does not exist

if you are talking about right clicking in a chart, my View subwindow only has 7 choices an eneableing the
line toolbar is not there

The Line Toolbar is attached to the eSignal Desktop and not to each Advanced Chart. All the Line Tools (and Advanced Line Tools if subscribed to AdvancedGET) can be accessed from within an Advanced Chart by right clicking the chart and selecting Line Tools from the context menu
