the eSignal Snapshot window is not viewable

After I changed the layout of my screens and upgraded esignal to 10.0, the esignal snapshot window is alway placed outside of the viewable area of my screens, and I could not right click the "Capture Window" task icon on task bar to move it. Is there anyone knows how to modify the configuration/initialization files to change the default position of the capture window? Thanks.
