Always on top, undocked Line Toolbar?

Is there a way to make the undocked Line Toolbar, always on top of my charts?

At this time this feature is not available that I'm aware of. This is an idea that can be submitted to ideas which is the developers of the eSignal application. If they feel that this would be beneficial to the application they will add it into a future release.

Having the undocked Line Bar , always on top of a chart would be a neat feature.
