intraday 1 min charts not filling

Occassionally, such as right now, the 1 min intraday charts won't load when changing symbols. Anyone have any tips for correcting this?

I'm not aware of any ongoing issues that would cause this. I would suggest using LiveRep to work with our Technical Support crew to get to the bottom of the issue. To access LiveRep, click on Customer Support --> LiveRep.
