day's close discrepancies

Hi again,

why is it that in advanced charts with minute interval it uses to show a different closing price than in daily charts or in level 1?
Can it be done that at the end of the trading day minute and daily charts show the same close?

Because of settlements that occur past the intraday cutoff time
