Basic Scan Problem?

I have a problem with the basic scan.

It still shows yesterday's symbols when I refresh. Won't update with today's?

Anyone any ideas please?

We have had problems with the scanners on/off since yesterday. It's definitely on our end and engineers are working on it. Once resolved, your scans should work just fine again. We should be OK shortly.

I thought it was me as it was also a problem yesterday, but it resolved itself mid morning.

Hope you can solve it soon, as i cannot trade without it
