Chart loading slow?

If i click on a stock (linked to my chart window) then sometimes it takes about 10 seconds to load the chart...
That's way too long i think...
I have a good internet connection and it happens on Esignal 8.0 and 10.

edit: i have a 5 min chart a 1 minute and a daily, the daily loads immediately but the 5 and 1 takes sometimes op to 10 sec.
