Spread symbol problems

I am having problems with inter-day chart (15 30 60 min etc) on spread symbols. If I enter any symbol, e.g. IBM, I have no problem getting 9:30 to 4:00PM EST inter-day chart (time template setting: Equity RTH - East Coast). But if I enter, say IBM + GE, a spread symbol, the inter-day chart shifts to 8:30 to 3:00PM EST. I don't want to have to change the time template since individual symbol entry gives correct chart output. Only the spread symbol output is what is messed up.

Anyone having the same problem or suggestions?

I have spoken with eSignal support and so far I'm having trouble resolving this problem.

PS. I'm using eSignal, ver 8.0 and I rather not upgrade to ver 10.0

this issue you experience has been confirmed as a bug on version 8.0 and has been fixed on version 10.0.



Unfortunately, there is no workaround available on version 8.0 so we recommend to download the latest version.
Is there any specific reason why you prefer to stay on version 8.0?
