Volume updation in Tick Chart

Hi

The volume on tick chart is not getting updated for me. When I open during off market hours it shows the volume datas. Is there any setting to be changed in order to view volume on tick chart during market hours? Please help.

What I do is hold down Ctrl and click OK just after
the price begins to print.
