Using Symbol Overlay is it possible to overlay ES #F and EPREM A0 in either a one minute or 60S chart? Every time I try my CPU shoots up to 100% and eSignal locks up. With other symbols I don't have a problem. Thanks for any feedback.

You can overlay symbols on interval charts but [as far as I know] not on tick-based charts (such as 60s).
As to overlaying ES #F and EPREM A0 this does not appear to cause any issues at my end
