I am trying to get a 377 tick chart for data between 9:30 and 4:15 Eastern on the Ym's ( Gap Chart). Support informed that the only way to get this is use the symbol YM #F=2. However, now the data starts at 8:30 Eastern. I want the data to start at 9:30 and end at 4:15 everyday. How?

it is currently not possible to define start / end times on a tick chart. By using YM #F=2 you will get the pit session which starts from 7.20 - 16.00 exchange time.

I suggest you email your request to the department in charge who will be looking into it.
