not able to open charts of expired futures contracts

I just found that I could not open daily charts of those expired futures contracts. I created two time templates which were configured to display 500 days and 500 bars respectively for daily charts so that enough bars to show any futures in 2007, but none of them worked. I am using the latested esignal 1086 build. I had no such problem before. I tried CL, NG and YM futures. Help is greatly appreciated.

I just called esignal technical support and I was told this was a bug introduced by the newer esignal v10 build. The original v10 release worked fine.

It seems esignal should put more efforts in its product quality control and beta testing process because some bugs are quite simple to identify (not reproducable only in realtime or at specific trading hours or time zones or require fancy conbination of various configurations) and should never slip through.
