Line with price

Hello. I am new to eSignal. Can anyone tell me how to create a line with the price of the symbol in it? In a nutshell, I want to place my mouse at a specific point in the candle and have it draw a line across the chart to the right edge that shows the price on the line at the point at which the line is positioned. I formerly used Qcharts and used the fib tool to do this. However, in eSignal, the fib tool acts differently even when you take off all the other fib extensions.

This seems to be simple, but I have been unable to figure it out.
