Server error from tech support e-mail form

Hi,

I get an internal server error trying to use the tech support/customer service e-mail form, after clicking "continue submitting" from the page that suggests relevant knowledgebase articles. This has been happening for the past day or two at least, and I've tried both MSIE and Firefox.
Is there a direct E-mail link that I could use instead?

The link to submit questions works fine on my PC, but we will check on others and correct if necessary. You may want to try to delete your temporary internet files (Tools --> Internet Options).
