how to export high res screen shot?

the "send Image To" function just gives you a low res .png file...

how do I get a crystal clear high res chart image?

Hello Lambro,

Thanks for the post, There are several things that can contibute to low resolution of screenshots. Some factors include your computers screen resolution, video cards and video drivers. There could be additional contributing factors as well.

Can you give more information on what it is you're trying to accomplish?

I have a new HP Pavillion

the problem is the png export file is too small (250x350pixels I believe)


Ihave found a 3rd party app that allows me to take a screen shot of my esig chart

that seems to work

would would be nice is if esig had the ability to export at different file sizes and formats..

Okay Lambro,

Thank you for the imformation, I think you can get better resolutions by changing the scaling in Image Publisher.

Please try changing the scaling setting to 100%, and let me know if this gives you a better screenshot.
