Data Manager Problem

I have installed Version 10.0.1086 on a new Vista based laptop

I have tried connecting and get the following in the Data Manager

I-Net Connection Normal (1-User)

esignal Datamanager Operating Normally

Newserver Not-ent

Reception NODATA

Password NONE

I am able to ping 216.23.227.9

I have set my fsecure Firewall to allow all but taking the firewall down has not resolved the issue. What else can I try

While waiting for an official reply from eSignal you may want to review this article in the eSignal KnowledgeBase on running eSignal in the Vista environment
