Time and Sales mis-codes trades at Bid

Hi, I have the short (bid/ask compacted) view on my TIme and Sales (though I don't think that matters). When trades hit the bid, it is only sometimes coded as Red (the color I chose). Trades at Offer are always coded as green. Bid is Blue, Offer is Orange.

Time Lag

I have a query about T&S as well - I hope you don't mind me adding it to your thread - Atlas?
Attached is a screen grab showing the time stamp that appears in the bottom left hand corner of the main eSignal window and the streaming time displayed in the T&S window. The difference of 6 seconds that can be seen is typical, regardless of the instrument. In other words, it's NOT a case of no trades going through at the current time. I've cross referenced both times against an official U.K. GMT website and the T&S time match is almost spot on; it's the other time that appears to be 6 seconds fast! Any feedback would be appreciated - but please answer Atlas's query first!
