  • Two Symbols on the Same Chart?

    Hello Traders:

I am looking to have two symbols on the same chart. For example, I would like to display ETFC (E-trade) on the same chart as $SPX (S&P 500 Index) and have those show as a percentage gains or losses, so that I can see the correlation between $SPX and ETFC or any other stocks that I would want to compare. Is there any way to do this with esignal charting without using an EFS?

    Regards,
    Victor

    Hi Victor,

Type in a symbol in your chart. You will get a change symbol window in your chart. Below left corner there is a box saying multiple symbols. Enter a symbol in it and your two symbols are in your chart. The one in multiple windows will stay in it until you remove it.

    Cheers

The Advanced Chart allows you to overlay up to 4 symbols on top of the symbol displayed in the chart. For more information on Symbol Overlay check out this Knowledge base article. This article is can also be seen at this url http://kb.esignalcentral.com/articl...rticle=1267&p=1
