eSignal charts fail to load in China

I live in Hongkong and I need to go to China from time to time.

When I live in a hotel there, I can load the charts without problem.

But when I stay in a flat and use the home ADSL there, the charts refuse to load and I can only see the quotes.

Why does this happen and is there anything I can do?

Please check through information about operating our application through your system security

I recommend you call through to our support desk at the time you are experience these difficulties (i.e. when you are at your other computer) so that we can troubleshoot this in real time.
