Are suggestions usefull to esignal?

Dear esignal,

During my time at esignal I have send quite some suggestions to esignal. We have had esignal 8 for a while and hardly any changes have been made. After two years, esignal came out with esignal 10 and that was a intergration of two systems, but again with hardly any good upgrades.

So my question to esignal is: Is it still usefull to send suggestions to esignal?, because I have the feeling that you don't take that very seriously.
