Kick starting daily charts - Release 10

In 8.0, more often than not at the Open a new daily bar does not start in my daily charts. Instead the previous day bar just continues until I use Ctrl-OK to 'kick start' the chart. I'm sure this has been mentioned in the past. Did release 10 fix this?

From what I have seen it does. It also resolves the issue of daily bars of futures that trade overnight.
