I am testing the beta version of esignal at the moment and I have found some issues. To whome should I address these issues?

PS: I tried to PM you, but I couldnt get through to you, as it took too long for the internet to connect with esignal PM. This issue should also be addressed, because many times I tried to put something on the forum and I couldnt. As it was difficult to connect with esignalforum.
