  • suggestion for improvement

    hello,

two years ago i tested ag for ts2000i. i have two suggestions.

    1. xtl : how do esignal users know if it is a higher close or lower close of the candle when xtl is activated.
i would make the candles with a higher close hollow and color only the border. this could be a big bettering to get a better
    overlook.

    2. one click on the snap shot window. what do you see?
    o, h, l, c, net

why is it not possible to add the change in percent?

    +/- 3.1 %

    best regards

Regarding XTL you can already do that now.

While waiting to see Change % added to the Snapshot Window you may want to use the OHLC-2.efs that I posted in this thread.
You could modify to just show the last two values. An additional benefit of the efs is that it will also calculate Weekly and Monthly Net Change and Net Change %

          Alternate candle colors

          Hi Alex,

I don't know what the 'XTL' being referred to here is, but the colored candles in your reply below caught my interest.

I've always liked the little extra info provided by the candle color scheme described here (excluding the yellow background bit)

Is that do-able within eSignal candles?

          Thanks

XTL is the eXpert Trend Locator, and is part of the Advanced Get suite of tools. More information on XTL can be found here.

Coloration of candles based on given criteria can be done with either the Formula Wizard or EFS (eSignal Formula Script). More information on using these tools can be found at EFS Help Center and Library
