  • Scanners not working

    Hi esignal,

    It is weekend and my scanners are not working. I am getting a download error in the power scanner. I also tried to get in through explorer, but no result.

    Does this mean that there is a malfunction on your end or are you working on them?

    I would like to do some preperation work for next week and I want to check out the scanners.

    I have the same issue. I've noticed that it almost happens every day that the scanner is temporarely down.

    One other question; when is the final releaseof version 10? It supposed to be by the end of April, but still nothing...

      Hi Sebastian,
      There is not ETA on when we'll be taking the eSignal 10.1 gold. New bugs were found which have delayed it launch a bit. Once we have more information we'll get out to you.

      We did have a problem with the scanners over the weekend which was resolved shortly after being reported. Please let us know if you're continuing to have problems getting the scanners.
