Hello,
I am using a 3rd party program to gather data from esignal for use in a different program. The 3rd party party program isnt downloading the data for the new "1!" symbol for the ICE continuous contracts where it used to work for the #F.
I have run into some possible misunderstanding with the vendors and need some clarification.
For the ICE contracts, the symbol for the continuous contracts was #F, and this has been changed to "1!". For example, if i want to access what used to be "CC #F", it is now "CC 1!" and the "1!" data is stored on the esignal servers. Is this correct?
Is it true that esignal may do away with the #F in favor of the 1! symbol for all continuous contracts?
Sincerely,
glKeilman
