Can anyone please help me with this:

Since upgrading to version 10, I've been having trouble getting tick data and can usually only get the current day.

Although this morning when I opened up eSignal the chart filled with the last 8 days worth of data - just like it used to in version 8. Hooray!

I closed eSignal down and re-opened it later, only to find that all the historical ticks had gone again - just today's loaded.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is it a new setting or something in version 10? Should I go back to version 8? :~

Can you please clarify if you are running 10.0 or the 10.1 release candidate? If the former, please download the 10.1 release candidate. Please also double check the time template being used in each case. In most instances, you should be able to get 6 days of tick data. We generally hold 10 days but have a technical issue preventing many servers from requesting the additional 4 days.

    Thanks.

thanks for your quick reply Scott.
      I'm using version 10.0 - should I uninstall it before installing 10.1?

You can install 10.1 Release Candidate over 10.0
