"No Data" on Quote page

I have problem with data loading. My Quote page keeps showing "No data". My advance charts do not update but they do load up (previous day session). If I go to a lower timeframe - nothing. Data Manager says "connection normal". I've reinstalled and rebooted several times. Any help would be appreciated. I did install the new beta 7.4 but it was happening before this.

Same Problem, NO DM

Since upgrading to 7.3 I now have now DM (data manager) - when trying to resolve this issue with "tech support" I got the whole technical run-around, including "try turning your computer off and on" - please...

Calling today to get it resolved, but notice the call to get me back up and running costs long distance - but for me to buy it is free.

Hi Dan, Perez,

If you both could private mail me your account number, there's a couple of things I'd like to check. Afterwhich I'll have someone contact you.

There's just not enough information here for me to take this further.
