Downloading 3000 stocks historical Data

I need to download end of month, weekly and perhaps daily for 3000(Russell) or more stocks for the past 14-24 months. Is there a downloader program that works with esignal or Trade Station? How long would it take to download each month of data?

The only program that I can think of which could make this task doable w/o hours of manual work would be QCollector. I'd ask them directly whether they can do what you're looking for.
