question regarding stadnard vs. advanced chart

hi,
1.what is the differnce between stadnard and advanced chart? why shouldn't i use only the advanced one, does the standard chart has advantages? (like speed)
2.i also have a problem when using a moving average , there are differnces between the ones on the standard chart to the ones on the advanced, what are the parameters used on the standard's chart?
3. is the new version of esignal (10.1) good with the mb- trading broker? or should i stay with the version that mb is recommending to use with which is ver 8.0?

There are major differences between the Standard Chart and Advanced Charts.

The Advanced Charts offer a much more robust user interface, allows for use of custom studies, advanced drawing tools and customizable time frames and intervals. You can read about the Advanced Charts Basics here, forumulas and EFS can be read about here here. And basic Advanced Chart Studies from here

The Standard Charts do offer a limited number of basic studies. Unlike the Advanced Charts you are very limited in what the chart can do. Please click here to see some of the features of the standard chart. This way you can see for yourself the different features of each chart type.

eSignal 10.1 has not yet been added to the Certified list of platforms to work with the new MB Navigator. I would recommend that you continue using either version 8.0 and 10.0 until 10.1 has been certified.
