How can we find out what's actually been done each time 10.1 is updated? I see on the download page that 10.1 was updated just yesterday (07-16-08). Is there a link that tells what was fixed/changed/improved on each upgrade?

This announcement provides a summary description of the changes implemented in that specific version.
For the list of the major changes implemented in version 10.1 you may want to review the Readme file which is in the eSignal folder
