Time off by 1 hour

at 9:45 am today, the time showing on qcharts jumped an hour, shows a 1 hour gap on charts and status shows 1 hour later than current time.

- local pc time zone was found to be wrong by one zone. now in sync.

From the information provided it sounds like you may be having issue with the time setting. Either time zone or computer clock is off by one hour. In either case the computer clock would not be synchronized withe the Data Manager.

To better troubleshoot if you could please do a couple of things.

1- Please provide a screenshot of your screen
2- Check to make sure that you Data Manager is synchronized with your computer clock. To do this;
Open the Data Manager
Click Data-->Time, make sure there is a check mark in the box for Synchronize Computer Clock.

If there is a check mark in the box, check the Time Zone section and confirm that you're in the correct time zone for where you are located.
