Charts won't draw

Hi,
I have a problem with Euronext charts. 1 and 3 minute charts won't draw while the rest (3, 5, 10, 15 min., daily...) works fine. Euronext indices works fine, NYSE and Nasdaq quotes also. It is only Euronext stock quotes that won't update.
Can you help me with this?

It a bit strange that only your 1 and 3 minute charts will not draw. A couple of things you may want to try;

1- Check the Data Manager Time Synchronization,
Open Data Manager Click on Data-->Time
There should be a check mark in the box for Synchronize Computer Clock. Also make sure that you have the correct time local time zone.

If Data Manager is Synchronized:

1- Closing your Page/Layout and open a blank one.
2- Open a single one minute chart, enter your symbol and see if you get any data. If you're getting data in the one minute charts, then switch to a 3 minute or open a second chart and make it your three minute chart. See if you continue to get data.

If you’re getting data in this new page/layout, there may be some issues going on in your original page/layout. You may need to create the charts to the Page/layout itself.
