Pop-Out Button Do NOT Work in 10.1.1291 (7/14/2008)

I am running eSignal 10.1.1291 (7/14/2008) on Windows Vista.

Normally the pop-out button will look like this.



When I pass the arrow over the pop-out button to click it, the pop-out button gets covered with the maximize button like this.
