esignal crashing

Running esignal 8 on 3 computers at different times
1 XP desk top
1 XP laptop
1 Vista Laptop
using a self build formula it crashes on the laptops but not the other
did work well until i did a MS update.
Desktop has not been updated
restored to before update NO good
formatted the XP laptop NO good
remove Esignal from both tried 10 removed all reg,ini,program and folders

have I missed something any ideas thanks Sam

Hi Sam,
Question- Does the eSignal work without formula you created?

If so: Check the code within the formula for crazy characters.

If not:
You may want to try a new page/layout with new charts. Start the charts and no formula. Once you sure the eSignal works, add the formulas.
Now If you crash we have an idea that it's something with the formula.

Try copying the Page/Layout and the formula from the working computer and move it over to the laptop and see if it works.

Keep me posted I have more ideas but don't want to bombard you.

reinstalled ran ok with no formula
used formula from working xp desktop
crashed after it ran the setup time function

You may want to post the script so that someone can try to replicate the problem you are seeing.
