eSignal 10.1 Issue

Hi there,

I downloaded eSignal 10.1.1a and have not been able to run it.

It prompts me with the error message:

"WinSig.exe - Ordinal not found
The ordinal 133 could not be located in the dynamic library dbcapi.dll"

I am attaching a screenshot in jpeg.

I appreciate any advise to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Hello Kmaster,
When you did this installation was it an upgrade or a new install?

This error is generally seen when multiple version of the dbcapi.dll is located on the computer and it's accessing one of the older on.

The easiest way to fix this is to do a search for the dbcapi.dll file, find the newest version of it on your computer and copy it (the newest one) to all the directories which contain the dbcapi.dll.
