Range Bars in 10.2?

Hello,
I've been looking for range bars in 10.2, but can't find how to access them. I understand they have been available since 10.1, but I did not download that version. I assume all the improvements in previous versions are incorporated into the lastest - 10.2. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
