Subscription question EOD service

I have esignalondemand service EOD, am I able to use QCollector with this subscription. To download data to my computer for metastock and other Accii formats.

We apologize if there was a miscommunication, but the eSignal on Demand service is not configured to support any 3rd Party Software program at this time.

This KB article provides a fairly good overview for the new service.
