how do i signup for esignal

I am currently subscribed to qcharts but i am trying to get a trial of esignal but there is bugs in the site. I have already tried to sign up 5 times and have gotten around 4 customer id mails where they give customer id and a password all different. But only one of them i can access and not even subscribe to esignal trial.
I have sent around 3 emails to support but am waiting for reply. Does anybody know what I should do or have the same situation?
