Problem with Data manager

Today, the esignal data manager is giving me problem. After a while the data manager say there is no user or password is incorrect.

What can I do to fix this problem?

As I understand 10.2.1 (Oct 23rd) is the fix for a new bug in 10.2 or are you using that version?

HMM, I go download the new version. My esignal version is 10.2.1370.1358 not sure is this the latest version.
