eSignal OnDemand Not Updating

Hello,

Can anyone help me with this issue.

Basically the bars for the Dow Jones ($INDU) & S&P 500 ($SPX) would not update when eSignal is open. It shows a dash for the bars, as if there was not movement at all. To see the updated bars, I have to close down esignal and immediately re-open it.

I even tried changing the optimization display settings to various levels but that has not helped either.

This has been happening for a while and the new 10.2 version has not solved the problem.

Has anyone else been having these problems and how can it be rectified?
