"Not Ent." & "No H.S." in data window???

Instead of the usual "OK", I have "Not Ent." & "No H.S." messages in data window while loading some EFS.

Prices and techs are showing correctly.

possible solution..

You may be trying to access symbols for which you are not entitled - hence the "Not Ent.".

The "No H.S.", I've never seen, but I'll bet is has to do with your data subscriptions and what you are entitled to access.

You will probably have to contact esignal support to make sure your account is setup with the access you need.
